Welcome parents and families! Our main goal is to ensure that all CVUSD scholars are prepared to receive outstanding instruction and experience a positive school year. To help support student achievement, the following suggested school lists are provided for families to reference if purchasing supplies for their kids.

Please note that specific supplies may vary by grade, course, or school and are only suggestions.

Optional donations are greatly appreciated at all grade levels.
Kleenex and  disinfecting wipes are always helpful.

  • Classroom Donations:

     Clorox wipes

    Gallon size Ziplock bags

    Sandwich size Ziplock bags

    Gray crayons

    Pink crayons

    Small disposable waters

    White xerox paper

    Colored xerox paper

    Construction paper

    Small treasure box items

     

  • Student Supplies: 

    1-inch ring binder (any color)

    3 ring hole plastic pocket folders for binder,

    with no slip tabs on corner. (paper ones do not last)

    dry erase (1 pk)

    #2 pencils (1 pk)

    pencil sharpener

    pencil bag (NO BOXES PLEASE)

    sheet protectors

    headphones (if they don’t like school ones)

    Sports water bottle (reusable)NO TWIST OFF PLEASE

    Note

    When students purchase sturdy binders and plastic folders, they usually last all year.

    one subject spiral notebooks Lined paper wide ruled- 3 packs

    Graph paper 1 cm squares-2 packs

    Dry erase markers 3 per student

    Several #2 pencils

    Erasers

    Individual sharpeners

    Index cards 4X6 (1 pack each)

    Scissors

    Glue stick and white school glue

    Yellow highlighter

    24 count crayons

    Set of washable colored markers Colored pencils

    Headphones for computer

    3· Pencils (#2 or mechanical)

    Highlighters (multicolored preferred)

    2 red pens

    Glue sticks

    Eraser (white erasers work best)

    Ruler

    Sport top water bottle (no screw caps please)

    3”x5” index cards (teacher will gather

    and hold on to)

    Small pencil box or pouch that fits

    inside the desk

    4+ spiral notebooks (70+ pages, single subject)

    3-ring binder (1-1½ inch-Miller & Cornejo)

    Dividers with tabs (5)

    Lined paper (wide or college)

    Protractor (clear / see through)

    Wired headphones or ear buds

    Agenda (available at the beginning of the year)

    Recorder and book (available at the beginning of the year or use sibling’s)
